Craig's Story...

As a little boy growing up, I used to love to go to work with my dad. {Stan}

My job was to sweep up and make sure the shop was clean.

Later when I got older I started to shine shoes in the shop. {I was about ten then.}

I had a good little biz going. I charged .25 cents per pair. {I was so excited it was my first job.}
When I got home from college I started to think about getting a trade, something I could have forever and take anywhere I would want to live.

Who better to train me then my dad? So I enrolled in Barber College and was an apprentice in the shop as I received my education.

I have been there since 1985 cutting hair.

When my dad retired in 2006 I was appointed official manager even though I was technically managing when he was owner. In April 2014 my wife Joy and I retained ownership of the shop, and it is Still family owned.

In this year 2022, I will celebrate my 38th year cutting hair.

Even though we lost our lease in April 2022 I am still cutting hair in a different location. {Please refer to our location page for the new location.}

My/OUR clients are family. I have cut some of the gentlemans hair for so long that now they are bringing in their kids. WOW!!!

My roots {Pardon the pun} are here and I LOVE coming to work every day.

Hope to see you all soon.
